Session notes and personal records are kept confidential and only accessible to me.
I only keep personal information for as long as it’s needed for the purpose it was collected.
As a guide:
• Enquiries that don’t become clients are usually deleted within 12 months.
• Coaching records are generally kept for up to 6 years after our work together ends, unless the law requires a different retention period.
• If you’ve subscribed to my emails, I’ll keep your details until you unsubscribe.
Sharing Your Information
I only share information when:
Required by law or professional duty (for example, if there’s a risk of harm)
You’ve given explicit consent (for example, a referral to another professional)
I use carefully selected third-party providers to help run my business. These may include:
• Stripe (payments)
• Google Meet or Zoom (online sessions)
• Telegram (client communication, where agreed) – if we choose to communicate via Telegram, please be aware that your messages will also be subject to Telegram’s own privacy practices.
• Kit (email newsletters)
• Google Analytics (website analytics)
These providers only process your information on my behalf and are required to protect it appropriately.
International Data Transfers
If you’re outside the UK, your data may be processed here or in other countries. I take all reasonable steps to ensure your information stays protected under UK GDPR standards.
