Feeling lost or disconnected from yourself?
When life is noisy, full of responsibilities, pressure, and other people’s needs, it’s easy to lose touch with your own voice.
Together we’ll create the space to hear yourself again.
I’m Lucy, a dual-certified holistic life coach for mothers. Through trauma-informed coaching and somatic, mind-body approaches, I support mothers who are ready to tune out the noise, reconnect with themselves, and begin creating a life that feels more like their own.
Why Rebel Mummy?

Modern motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be incredibly noisy.
Between the advice, expectations, responsibilities and endless demands, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. You begin looking outside yourself for the answers, forgetting that you have a voice worth listening to too.
Rebel Mummy isn’t about telling you how to live or how to mother.
It’s about creating the space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn to trust your own inner compass again.
When you can hear yourself clearly, you can make choices that are right for you and your family.
Not simply the ones that everyone else expects.
Meet Lucy –
holistic life coach for mothers
Hi, I’m Lucy — holistic life coach, mother, writer and home educator.
I used to live by what I thought I should do. The expected path. But it never felt quite right.
I was always striving. Always looking towards the next thing, believing that when I got there I’d finally feel content. But the feeling never came.
There was always a nagging feeling that something had been left unfinished.
I wasn’t really being brave enough to listen to myself and what I knew I really wanted.
If we’re not living from our own voice, whose voice are we living from?
That question has shaped my own journey, and it’s at the heart of why Rebel Mummy exists.
Over the years, through my own experiences and witnessing other women, I’ve noticed how easy it is for our own voice to become drowned out by the responsibilities of life, by advice, opinions and endless noise.
I don’t believe I have your answers.
I do believe you have an inner compass.
My role isn’t to tell you which direction to take. It’s to help you hear yourself more clearly, trust what you find, and have the confidence to live from it.
Watching women leave more connected to themselves than when they arrived is one of the greatest privileges of my work.

My Approach

My approach is rooted in holistic life coaching, mind-body awareness, somatic practices and trauma-informed support.
I don’t believe lasting change comes from simply changing your thoughts.
We experience life through our whole being — our mind, body, emotions, intuition and lived experience.
My work is holistic, bringing together reflective conversation, somatic awareness and intuitive coaching to help you reconnect with yourself.
I listen not only to your words, but also to what sits beneath them: the patterns, emotions, body sensations and quieter knowing that often gets drowned out by everyday life.
I won’t tell you what you should do.
Together we’ll create the space for you to hear yourself more clearly, trust what you find, and move forward with greater confidence and conviction.
Ways to Connect

What You Leave With
You may come feeling lost, disconnected or unsure of yourself.
My hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, more connected to who you are, and more able to trust your own judgement.
Not because I’ve given you the answers.
Because you’ve learnt to hear your own.

An Invitation
If something here resonates, even a little, you’re welcome to take the next step.
You might choose to join a circle, book a Connection Call, or simply reach out with a question. There’s no pressure to know exactly what you need yet. Sometimes the first step is just beginning the conversation.
